Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Mahim Sunni Muslim Kabrastan (“MSMK”) website and mobile applications (the “Platform”). By using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

Purpose of the Platform

The Platform provides kabrastan and OTA (grave-plot) records, maintenance billing for OTA owners, burial booking requests, donation information, and Islamic resources (prayer times, duas, dhikr). Information is provided to serve the community; the Trust endeavours to keep it accurate but does not warrant that all records or timings are error-free.

Accounts

OTA owners and staff are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity under their account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Administrative actions are subject to an internal two-tier approval process.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or submit false or unlawful information. Records of the deceased must be submitted respectfully and truthfully.

Maintenance & payments

Maintenance bills issued to OTA owners are payable as indicated. Payment requests submitted through the Platform are processed by the Trust. Receipts are issued for recorded payments.

Donations

Donations are accepted from within India only (see the Donation & Refund Policy). The Platform displays payment details (such as UPI/QR); payments are made through your own banking/UPI application.

Intellectual property

Islamic texts (Qur'an and hadith) are reproduced from their sources with references. Other Platform content and branding belong to the Trust.

Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Trust is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform. Prayer times are calculated and should be verified locally where precision is required.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
