Donation & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting the Mahim Sunni Muslim Kabrastan (“MSMK”) as sadaqah jariyah. This policy explains how donations are accepted and handled.
India-only donations
Donations are accepted from within India only. We are not permitted to accept foreign or overseas contributions. By donating, you confirm that the funds originate from within India and are your own lawful funds. Donations indicating a country other than India are declined.
How donations are made
Donations are made directly through your own UPI or banking application using the UPI ID / QR code or bank details shown on the Platform. The Platform records optional pledge details you choose to share; it does not itself process card payments.
Use of funds
Donations are used for the upkeep, maintenance and operation of the kabrastan and associated religious and community services, at the discretion of the Trust.
Refunds
Donations are voluntary and are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in genuine error (for example, a duplicate or incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days with the transaction details; bona fide cases will be reviewed and, where appropriate, refunded to the original payment method.
Receipts
For donations recorded with the Trust, a receipt can be issued on request. Please retain your UPI/bank transaction reference.
